Tapping Therapy
Tapping
is a Healing Therapy. By using this
we channelized all Energy portal in our body. Chinese discovered more then 100
Energy portal or meridian points. But in Tapping therapy you can use only 8 main Meridian points. This 8 Meridian
points join with all other meridian points. which energized and rejuvenate our
whole body, if you use this daily. These
points nothing but the Acupuncture; Acupressure points. We can use this point in EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) for balance our emotions.
We can only handle our life when we balanced emotionally. The healing concepts
that it’s based upon have been in practice in Eastern medicine for over 5,000
years. Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques which
utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian
points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your
body’s own energy and healing power. We have emotions
like Fear, Hatred, feeling of Lack (self lack, Lack of love, Urge to feel love),
Guilt, We are carrying Grief, sorrow. This all emotions affect our body and
mind most. When you become emotionally
imbalance you get sick and occur different disease.

History
It began in 1980,
with a psychologist by the name of Dr. Roger Callahan, and his patient Mary she has an extreme phobia of
water, and she has pain in her stomach also. Dr. Callahan had been studying
traditional Chinese medicines, and learning about meridians. Suddenly he had an
inspiration. Remembering that there was an acupuncture point for the stomach
meridian on the cheekbone, he asked her to tap there, thinking it might cure
her stomach pains. Mary tapped her cheekbone as directed, and this little
action changed medicinal history! Her stomach pains disappeared. But even more
amazingly, her phobia of water disappeared, too!
Based on this
discovery, Dr. Callahan began a series of investigations to develop and refine
this technique, which he termed Thought
Field Therapy (TFT). Gary Craig
trained under Dr. Callahan’s tutelage in the 1990’s, learning the procedures
for TFT. As time passed, Craig began to observe some problems with TFT, aspects
that he saw were unnecessary complications.
Craig developed EFT as a simplified, improved version of
the concepts behind Dr. Callahan’s TFT. EFT has one basic, simple sequence of
points to tap, no matter what the situation.
Science Behind EFT Tapping.
This
Therapy is based on Ancient Acupressure, Acupuncture, Modern psychology,
Quantum physics and Quantum mechanics. We are vibratory being. We and all thing
in Universe is Energy only. We all have vibration. And the field we are living
in also vibration. We emitting energy in this field through our thoughts. And
here is the big secret. There is law
governing called ‘Sympathetic Resonance’. This means ‘Same frequencies come together’. When you emitting good thought good universal energy meet to you. It is so simple.
You are
not thinking, but thought pop up in your
mind. Your thought has frequency too. Your whole life governed by this
frequency. Thought creates frequency. Frequency
depends on our Good or Bad emotions, Belief system, Perception about life, Rites
and Rituals, Genetics, Memory in Mother Womb. This is your program. Each and
every minute you are programming
yourself. You carry Genetic
Information like your behavior, your looks, your static, from your ancestor.
This is what, but the program. So what and how you are thinking, You will get
the same result. Because same frequencies come together.
What are
you vibrating Universe resonating that
to you. You attracting that what you are vibrating. This is so simple. If you
vibrating stress you will get stressful situation in your life. You are
vibrating happiness, your life filled with happy moments, happy situations.
What is
emotions for you, only the chemicals for the body system. There is part in our
Brain Called Amygdala. It works as a
survival mechanism. Amygdala create
survival mechanism when we face fearful situation. There is AMPA receptor in Amygdala which makes trauma permanent. It Secretes some
chemical to make the trauma permanent. Because you should not make same mistake
over and over again. This receptive
system constantly active in the system. This receptor makes memory
permanent. When we remember such stressful, fearful situation AMPA secretes same
chemical in our Brain when we faced it at first time. And every time when we
remembering, same chemical mix in our body. And we feel that particular
emotion. We feel emotion like Anger, restlessness, fear, hate, Sorrow because
chemical made by AMPA receptor. Tapping help to deactivate AMPA receptor. And next chemical process stops gradually.
That’s why, after tapping when we try to remember the situation which we
doesn’t want, we remember the trauma but there is no any emotional charge. At
the beginning we feel less emotional feeling after tapping. When we start
tapping as a daily practice, body chemistry change. Body creates positive chemical. Universe respond to
the change vibration. The second reason why you should tap daily. When we tap
on meridian points Brain generates Delta
waves. Delta waves are the relaxation waves. Which generated by Brain when
we in Deep Sleep. Delta waves are
responsible for the Healing of our Body.
This is all repair mechanism. Delta
waves change our vibratory frequency
and heal our body.
If you
have bad habit of smoking. You have to give it time to change. Only then this
is possible. You find result. Invest 15 Minutes on tapping for to get the rid
of smoking habit and stop and see what will happened. May be, you invest 3 months in EFT tapping
then some shift will come and that dependency will go. But if we expect the dependency should go in 15
days or month it is not possible. You made a habit of many years, How will it leave you in 15 days? You should give proper time to tapping procedure.
Format of Tapping procedure Should be in sentences “I have the tendency to depend on these things (Smoking), thought they are not very significant. But I don’t want to be dependent However (in spite of this) I accept myself and choose to release this dependency. I choose to be free from this bondage. I am not happy I want to get out of this dependency.” What is that we suppose to say. We have suppose to say what we feel. Address your problem while you are tapping on Karate Chopping Point. Then Tap on Meridian points Addressing the problem 1st step and in 2nd Step. You are accepting the problem which is you facing in 1st and 2nd step. 3rd Step ask for change. You should say," I choose to be release this problem. I want positive shift. I want change." You must take one issue at least 3 times when you doing the procedure. And repeat if you have not satisfied in first attempt.

Procedure
1.
Address the issue 3 times on Karate Chopping points.
2.
Address the Same issue and accept you are unable to solve the
issue with tapping on meridian points. 2 meridian points touching round.
3. Say You want change, You want to solve the issue. You want good shift. With tapping on
meridian points.
If you
don’t able to make focus or tendency of procrastination. Gauge the intensity of your problem on 1 to 10 scale. Where 1 means
less problem and 10 means level of problem is high. You should begin to say with,
“I have tendency to postponing and I keep on putting things away. That I
actually need to recover it. However I love and accept myself and choose to get
release from this habit of
procrastination.” Address 3 times on Karate chopping point.
In 2nd
step Tap on meridian point with accepting. You accept that you unable to handle
it. Acceptance is necessary. “I
don’t get focused, I don’t know what is the problem, and how to solve it”. Whatever you remember at that point just say
related that issue. In 3rd and last step you should say, “I want to
repair this. I want to get rid of this habit of mine”. Take the deep breath 2
times. Stop the Therapy. Gauge the intensity of your problem again, it got less
or not. Repeat this issue 3 times. When you address the issue 3 times 1 Round
complete. If you have not satisfied with the result repeat 1 complete round
again.
Daily practice will
give you fast result. This therapy takes only 10 to 15 minutes to do. Make it habit. All this procedure take
you to be at balance. When we Aline with
balance we create Harmony with ourselves and with Universe. We get the strength to fight with any bad situation.
Health,
relationship (inner or Outer), flow of money, aspiration, Peace and
contentment. These are 5 dimensions of
life We are not in balance because we are keep on fighting with life. We keep on resisting life. with so many things. “I don’t want this way.
I don’t want that way.” We not allowed it to just slide by itself. We create
disturbance turbulence. The internal blocks are in form of emotions. 5 most
important emotions to keep that balance Fear, Hatred, feeling of Lack (self
lack, Lack of love, Urge to feel love) ,Guilt , We are carrying Grief or
sorrow. All this emotions stays in our body which we have not attended to, and
if we could not remove it. They get hardened. And corrupt our body and
imbalance will reflect either in the form of health, either in the form of
relationship, in the form of money, We want aspiration, we always feel a kind of emptiness.
In spite of having all things in life many people feels completely empty. This
emptiness arises from these emotions. Your life will become so effortless. If you make daily practice of Tapping.
The best
way to do meridian tapping to identify the issue. Just take the fear. Then
identify what is the fear for. Then gauge the intensity of issue. Remember the
past fearful incident and experience the trapped
fear at that time. And gauge the scale 1 to 10 level. Where 1 means less
fear and 10 means extreme fear. Release that trapped feeling of the past which
carry your system till now with tapping. After tapping check weather it reduced
or not. If you can remember the past fact there is something hidden in your
body in the form of bad emotion. If you are not satisfied with the result
Repeat the above procedure again.
Make out the list of facts
, the all issues and problem in your life’s past and present situation which
irritating you. Tap daily at least on 2 issues in your life. Remove all
negative emotion and free up space
for positivity. When you make a room for positivity then only positivity enter
in your life. If you make daily practice you will find you are so free inside. You feel
very light. You are not carrying any kind of weight within you, you
experience before you doing this procedure. More we start cleaning this
emotions you will get amazing result. But you have to give at least 15 Minutes every day for this
procedure. Keep faith on this
procedure. This is the miracle you are working with your inside but you will
find all result outside around you.
Miracles definitely
happens because all things are inter
connected and vibratory in nature. We carry a frequency. Frequency has an
highlight of insecurity, lack of self-worth, lot of hatred, guilt, sorrow what
it is, that is creating the frequency in you perceive and then you start
vibrating at that. Most of the time people look outside to solve the problem
whatever it is. But they can’t. When the
block is released you vibrated at the frequency where the entire universe
respond accordingly. And happened as your desire. Extra emotion is baggage for you. Which you dragging all your life.
Do not attached too much to anything, any emotion, any situation any person.
Erase the charge from
your emotion. Next time when you remember the past fact which you don’t want to
be remember, You just remember but there is no charge in your feeling. Because
you have already taken out all emotional charge from that fact. Clean your old
beliefs Like “ I am not lucky” “I am not good enough.”, “I have no enough
caliber” “I have no choice.” “I shall not get help from anyone.” “I am not
worthy.” “I am not looking good.” And lot of others.
Don't try to resist life. Whatever happen be okay with, what may come. Things are
happen. They are happen not because of me or you, they just happens. Things
happens in life. Life is happening
itself. It just happens either you accommodate with the happening then it is
effortless for you, you just move with its force and when you reject the
happening you get nothing but frustration. Life is not going to wait for you.
It’s move in it’s own way. Say yes to anything happen pleasant or unpleasant.
This is not means that Don’t try for anything to get. Don’t obsess for result.
Enjoy the journey. This is simply called Detachment

Surrogate
tapping Therapy you can do, when we are tapping for somebody else. This can be useful when we want to help an infant or young child, a pet or other animal, those who are ill, for our loved ones, people in our relation or we want to help somebody, those
incapable of tapping for themselves.
Surrogate
Tapping works by way of bringing balance
to the other person’s energetic field. So it is possible that they will see the
error of their ways and their response toward you will change. Follow the
same Procedure. Address the problem on Karate chop point with tapping. Then
take 3 steps of meridian points, explain before. When you are tapping for the others Do not attached to their problem, Tap and just leave it.
Always
keep in mind one thing when you are doing tapping for you or for others, do not get too attached to the problem of the person and tapping outcome. Your duty only send positive energy, positive thought to who need it. Whatever the problem his / her duty to solve it. You only creating strength and passed to him to solve his problem. In simple term you are praying for him, for his better condition. Do the procedure and let it go.
